Superficial temporal artery aneurysms account for <1% of reported aneurysms. The majority of these aneurysms are a consequence of trauma; however, true superficial temporal artery aneurysms are extremely rare. Here, we present three cases of spontaneous superficial temporal artery aneurysms arising without any previous history of trauma.
