      The prevalence and the clinical impact of primary peripheral arterial lesions (PPAL) in the disease of Marfan (MFS) are poorly documented. The objective of this study was to determine the prevalence of PPALs and their relation with the occurrence of aortic events in a national cohort of MFS patients.
